Registered Dietician
COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
We're here to help you on your journey to wholeness.
As a passionate dietician with a heart for people, I came to understand that your health journey is more than just the physical, it’s about your relationships with your body and mindfulness of your emotions and will and a positive mindset.
My journey started when I completed my B. Dietetics degree at the University of Pretoria in 2003. I completed my community year in the small-town Frankfort in the Free State, after which I did food service management at Vereeniging Medi Clinic. Soon after, I started my private practice in the Vaal Triangle. I consulted there for 18 years till my family moved to Pretoria, where I then started my practice in Centurion.
I have experience with Diabetic Clinics, Weight loss programmes, DNA wellness, and over all health, through one to one consultations, group sessions and workshops. I would love to walk your health journey with you, focussing not only on lifestyle change, but the person as a whole.
Yolinda Dippenaar
Registered Dietician
As a counselling psychologist with more than 25 years of experience, I’ve come to understand that weight loss is rarely just about food or exercise. Real, lasting change happens when we also address what’s going on in the mind – our beliefs, emotions, habits, and the stories we tell ourselves.
My work centres on helping individuals understand and reshape the mental, emotional, and behavioural patterns that often sabotage their efforts to lose weight and keep it off.
Through a structured, evidence- based approach, I work in collaboration with a registered dietician to guide clients beyond diets and willpower, toward deeper, sustainable change – empowering people to transform not only their weight, but their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves and develop a healthier, more sustainable relationship with eating, movement, and self.
I believe that meaningful change is possible when we address the whole person – not just the number on the scale.
