We're here to help you on your journey to wholeness.

As a passionate dietician with a heart for people, I came to understand that your health journey is more than just the physical, it’s about your relationships with your body and mindfulness of your emotions and will and a positive mindset.

My journey started when I completed my B. Dietetics degree at the University of Pretoria in 2003. I completed my community year in the small-town Frankfort in the Free State, after which I did food service management at Vereeniging Medi Clinic. Soon after, I started my private practice in the Vaal Triangle. I consulted there for 18 years till my family moved to Pretoria, where I then started my practice in Centurion.

I have experience with Diabetic Clinics, Weight loss programmes, DNA wellness, and over all health, through one to one consultations, group sessions and workshops. I would love to walk your health journey with you, focussing not only on lifestyle change, but the person as a whole.

Yolinda Dippenaar

Registered Dietician

As a counselling psychologist with more than 25 years of experience, I’ve come to understand that weight loss is rarely just about food or exercise. Real, lasting change happens when we also address what’s going on in the mind – our beliefs, emotions, habits, and the stories we tell ourselves.

My work centres on helping individuals understand and reshape the mental, emotional, and behavioural patterns that often sabotage their efforts to lose weight and keep it off.

Through a structured, evidence- based approach, I work in collaboration with a registered dietician to guide clients beyond diets and willpower, toward deeper, sustainable change – empowering people to transform not only their weight, but their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves and develop a healthier, more sustainable relationship with eating, movement, and self.

I believe that meaningful change is possible when we address the whole person – not just the number on the scale.

What our customers are saying

My name is Janeen Whitehouse, a 57-year-old woman who, like many, experienced significant weight gain due to hormonal shifts, age, and past eating habits. My health declined, leading to diagnoses of hypoglycemia and high cholesterol. Faced with the risk of diabetes, I knew I needed more than a "fad" diet; I needed a complete lifestyle overhaul. Meeting Yolinda marked the true beginning of my weight healing. I transformed from eating one meal a day with sugary coffee to enjoying balanced meals and sugar-free tea. Initially, adjusting to three meals and snacks, even late at night, was a challenge, but those difficult days are now rare. The biggest surprise came recently when I discovered my clothes were swimming on me. A friend, who crafts with me, had a surprise in store: she asked me to try on her sister's size 16 clothes, which were too small for her. I was stunned when they fit! Having previously worn a size 20, this meant I'd lost two dress sizes. Tears flowed as I realized my progress, prompting me to gift all my size 20 clothes away. This incredible achievement wouldn't have been possible without the sisterhood and unwavering support from Yolinda. Her empathy during struggles, encouraging visits, and shared faith in Abba Father were my anchors. Yolinda, you are a God-send. Your energy, faith, and holistic understanding of women's bodies and healthy lifestyle changes are truly phenomenal. Any woman seeking healing and sustainable weight loss would be incredibly fortunate to work with you. I pray Abba Father continues to bless you with knowledge and guides more people to your transformative path.

“I have a lot of knowledge about medication and blood sugar control etc. because of my field of work, but it became another story when I, myself were diagnosed with diabetes. I could not get my blood sugar under control. But after seeing Yolinda, she explained to me everything about carbohydrate distribution and "Carb Counting" and the healthy way of eating and moderation. I am happy to say that I have my blood sugar under control and I can move on with my life goals, without worrying about my blood sugar.

“After some major challenges I faced personally in my life, I decided to take control of my weight and change my eating habits by following a proper diet. Like most people, I searched on Google and after looking at a few dieticians, I luckily found Yolinda. The main reason for choosing Yolinda was not only based on her experience, but that she also offers home cooked meals, based on my dietary requirements. Being single, it’s a hassle to cook for yourself and I lived off Woolies meals (more expensive than Yolinda’s meals), Take-aways and other junk food. Yolinda also taught me the different aspects of a healthier diet with all the What’s, Whys, How’s and When’s. I realised that dieting is not a sprint, but a marathon and by working together, we were able to change my eating habits and with her meals, I haven’t had any cravings for junk food since. If you are looking for a partner to change your diet, loose weight or to just eating healthier, then Yolinda will deliver results”
